A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive for digital media. The role involves generating leads, crafting media plans, and building client relationships. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience and excellent communication skills. The position offers up to $4,000 basic salary, performance bonuses, and a hybrid work environment.
Position : Business Development Executive (Digital Media) - 2 Days WFH!
Location : Kallang Bahru
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Hybrid)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 Basic

Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales: Generate leads, craft media plans, and close deals for company, company KOLs, and Telegram Collective.
Strategic Selling: Develop and pitch customized paid media solutions aligned with client marketing funnels.
& Industry Leadership: Build strong client relationships, network actively, and serve as a market expert on industry trends.
Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to execute campaigns and develop case studies and credentials.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in digital media/publishing with a proven track record.
Excellent understanding of the content and social media industry.
A strong negotiator and communicator, comfortable presenting to decision-makers.
Collaborative, proactive, and skilled at building professional relationships.
