Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the flooring and construction sectors.
  • Generate leads through targeted research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met with high satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
