Job Responsibilities

• Generate Salesin the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects
• Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Resealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in Business Development in any field.
• Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
• Candidates that have experience in securing building facade maintenance projects will have an added advantage.
• Candidates that possess a valid Class 3 license and own their own car will have an added advantage.

Note

• Suitable candidate will be offered a basic salary range between SGD $3K to $3.5k with monthly high commission
• Travel and phone allowance will be provided apart from basic salary.
