Job summary
A healthcare software solutions company in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales professional to generate leads and manage existing accounts. This role requires at least one year of B2B sales experience, an understanding of HR software, and a commitment to achieving sales quotas. Successful candidates will prepare RFP responses and deliver presentations independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum degree and above.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions.
- Familiarity with HR software or payroll services is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads for new and existing customers through market opportunities.
- Deliver solution-oriented sales presentations and conduct independent system demonstrations.
- Achieve Sales Quota.
- Manage assigned existing accounts.
- Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs, and maintain sales pipeline information.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for new and exiting customers by identifying opportunities within market and execute the end-to-end sales process.
- Devise and deliver solution-oriented sales presentations and conduct system demonstrations independently

- Manage the existing accounts assigned
- Prepare proposals, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tender documents questionnaires, presentations, and other related tasks.
- Maintain and prepare timely sales pipeline information in CRM and related reports
Requirements
- Min degree and above
- Min 1 year of experience in B2B with experience in software solution
- Familiarity with HR software, HR processes, or payroll outsourcing services is a strong advantage
