A packaging solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive to explore and maintain customer relationships and develop strategies to expand market share. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in engineering or packaging, alongside strong communication and Microsoft Office skills. The role emphasizes customer interaction and requires a proactive approach.
Explore potential customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
Develop and establish sales strategies to expand market share.
Planning of sales visit to customer to address customer’s needs.
Preparation of sales proposal, quotations and attending customer’s enquiries.
Conduct engaging technical presentations and demonstration to illustrate product features and benefits to existing and prospective customers.
Preparation of document / presentation materials for project sales.
Liaising with internal & external stakeholder on project progression including performance bond preparation, delivery lead time, installation date etc.
Follow up payment status with client.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Minimum Diploma in any Engineering / Business field from any recognized institution.
At least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing roles in engineering or packaging industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision.
Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills.
Cheerful and pleasant personality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to start immediately / Technical background will be a plus.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
