Develop and expand the company’s client base in shipbuilding, ship repair, and ship management sectors.

Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and marine service providers.

Manage the full sales process — from lead generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, to closing deals.

Collaborate with technical and management teams to prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.

Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and support strategic business planning.

Represent Roiella Shipping at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping, shipbuilding, or marine sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Independent, proactive, and result‑oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of marine contracts (e.g., MOA, Charter Party, Shipbuilding Contract) is an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience but a strong interest in the maritime industry are welcome to apply.
