The Role: Your Mission

We're looking for a "hunter" and a "connector." Your primary objective is to get our client's products into new hands, onto new shelves, and into new markets. You will be the driving force behind all partner-led growth, from digital and affiliate channels to traditional retail and international expansion.

This is a hands‑on role for a self‑starter who thrives on building relationships, negotiating deals, and seeing a direct impact from their work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Partnerships (Influencers & Affiliates)

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new, high‑value affiliates and performance‑based influencers to scale our client's reach.
  • Manage and nurture the existing portfolio of influencers and partners, optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • Negotiate commission structures, content deliverables, and long‑term partnership agreements.

2. Retail & Offline Distribution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail distribution strategy from the ground up.
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and secure listings with key retail buyers.
  • Your target channels include (but are not limited to):
    Pharmacies & Health Stores: (e.g., CVS, Walgreens, Whole Foods, GNC, local independent pharmacies)
    Supermarkets & Grocers: (e.g., Kroger, Albertsons, regional chains)
    Convenience & On‑the‑Go: (e.g., 7‑Eleven, Circle K, petrol station chains)
    Niche & Boutique: (e.g., Gyms, wellness centers, spas)

3. Strategic Brand Collaborations

  • Source and secure strategic partnerships with complementary, non‑competing brands (e.g., fitness apparel, healthy CPG, wellness apps, subscription boxes).
  • Develop creative co‑marketing campaigns, product bundles, and giveaway opportunities to cross‑promote audiences and drive new customer acquisition.

4. International Expansion

  • Research and identify promising new international markets for the supplement brand.
  • Develop and execute market‑entry strategies, including identifying and vetting potential overseas distributors, e‑commerce partners, and retail channels.
  • Manage relationships with international partners to ensure growth and brand integrity.
What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven Experience: 3‑5+ years in a Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships role.
  • Industry Relevance: Direct experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), supplement, health/wellness, or FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
  • Retail Pitching: You must have demonstrable experience and success in pitching to retail buyers and securing shelf space. A pre‑existing network of contacts in retail (pharmacy, grocery) is a massive plus.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing ecosystems.
  • Master Negotiator: You are a confident and skilled negotiator who can close deals that are mutually beneficial.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a self‑starter, highly motivated, and thrive with autonomy. You see targets as a starting line, not a finish line.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can craft a compelling pitch, build rapport quickly, and represent a brand with professionalism and passion.
