A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional for an outbound prospecting role. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience with Singapore-based prospects and a background in managed IT services or cloud solutions. This role involves driving top-of-the-funnel activities and qualifying leads to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience prospecting to Singapore-based companies/prospects.
  • Experience in managed IT service or cloud solutions.
  • SDR leads/managers with practical and recent sales ops capabilities will have an advantage.

Job description
  • Drive top‑of‑the‑funnel pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, conducting research on target accounts, identifying key decision makers, and crafting personalized messaging managed services and Microsoft suite of applications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central, M365 and others).
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects’ challenges. Qualify leads based on their fit with our solutions.
  • Understand our offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to prospects needs.
  • Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SQLs, consistently update activity, and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts.
  • Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand‑off to sales.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience prospecting to Singapore based companies/prospects.
  • Experience in managed IT Service or cloud solutions.
  • SDR Leads / Managers with practical and recent sales ops capabilities will have an advantage.
