Overview

We are looking for an aspiring software sales specialist to join us at Frontier e–HR. As a sales specialist here, you will be in charge of sales activities, finding new business and showcasing our software to prospective customers.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads (new and prospective customers) by identifying opportunities within market and execute the end-to-end sales process.
  • Devise and deliver solution-oriented sales presentations and conduct system demonstrations independently
  • Achieve Sales Quota
  • Manage the existing accounts assigned
  • Prepare proposals, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tender documents questionnaires, presentations, and other related tasks.
  • Negotiate a commercial agreement
  • Work with internal professional service and product development teams to cater solutions to meet and exceed clients’ expectations
  • Maintain and prepare timely sales pipeline information in CRM and related reports
  • Work with partners with complementary products offering
Requirements
  • Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills – comfortable cold-calling and hunting for new business.
  • Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, ideally selling software (SaaS) or business services.
  • Track record of selling to HR managers/directors and/or C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with HR software, HR processes, or payroll outsourcing services is a strong advantage
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience in B2B sales will be considered
  • Proficient in social media marketing and website (Wordpress) management
