Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Promote TCM services (consultations, treatments, herbal medicine)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, roadshows, health talks, and community events to raise awareness of TCM.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Work with digital marketing to drive online presence, lead generation, and patient engagement.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track sales performance, prepare regular business reports, and provide insights for management decision-making.
- Contribute to business planning, pricing strategies, and service package development.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and advertising regulations relevant to TCM in Singapore.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a relevant field (medicine, pharmacy, Life Sciences, etc.)
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or TCM industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about holistic healthcare and TCM philosophy.
- Excellent communication (English and Mandarin preferred)
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
