Job Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that expand the company’s portfolio and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Acquire New Clients: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and social selling.
- Develop Sales Pipelines: Build and maintain a healthy funnel of qualified leads using CRM tools and structured follow-up strategies.
- Pitch & Present Solutions: Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose tailored service solutions.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Manage proposal creation, pricing, and negotiation to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients for renewals, upsells, and referrals.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with creative, marketing, and operations teams to align client objectives with deliverables.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (agency or B2B experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of marketing, creative, or digital services (added advantage)
- Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with outbound prospecting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet revenue targets
