Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage customer interactions, develop key partnerships, and ensure regulatory compliance in surgical segments. Responsibilities include sales contract management, coordination of meetings, and product introduction strategies. Successful candidates will possess strong organizational skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and maintain an up-to-date customer list.
  • Identify and develop Key Opinion Leader for various surgical segments.
  • Identify and develop B2C or B2B collaborations.
  • Sales contract review and management.
  • Assist in the coordination of regional or global meetings.
  • Plan and execute new product evaluation and introduction.
  • Monitor and grow revenue at user level and surgical segment level.
  • Monitor profit / loss of specific surgical segment.
  • Support Quality Management System areas.

  • Monitor profit / loss of specific surgical segment
  • Support Quality Management System in the areas of customer feedback, complaints, adverse events, customer training and education, and any other relevant areas as determined by Quality Management Representative.
