Job description

1. Client Advisory on Company Incorporation Matters

Provide professional guidance to new and existing clients on company incorporation.

Offer incorporation packages for both local and international clients, including annual filing, family office setup, immigration pass applications, and relocation support.

2. Management of Company Secretarial Duties

Handle the full range of company secretarial duties and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

Manage corporate changes such as officer appointments, registered address updates, and shareholding amendments.

3. Corporate Governance & Statutory Compliance

Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely filings with ACRA and other authorities.

Draft and maintain corporate documents, resolutions, and registers.

4. Education Marketing & Student Recruitment

Work with the Manager to design and implement marketing strategies to attract students from Greater China and meet enrolment targets.

Promote educational programs via online platforms, school visits, webinars, and education fairs.

Support students through the application process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation.

5. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, education agents, consultants, and partners.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance both client and student experiences.

6. Market Research & Reporting

Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business and education recruitment growth.

Prepare monthly performance reports detailing progress, achievements, and key metrics.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or Law (or related field).
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial services or student recruitment (experience in both areas preferred).
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients, students, and partners in Greater China.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of clients and students from the Greater China region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with strong work ethics and a passion for driving organizational growth.
