- Identify potential partners such as trade associations, industry bodies, chambers of commerce, and SME networks.
- Assist senior management in preparing partnership decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Support discussions with associations and ecosystem partners to introduce CARDDIO CRM.
- Assist in coordinating collaboration projects, pilot programs, or joint events with partners.
2. Market Research & Business Insights
- Conduct research on industries, competitor CRM tools, and emerging market opportunities.
- Analyse pain points of SMEs to recommend how CARDDIO can position its solutions effectively.
- Gather intelligence on market trends, pricing models, and technology adoption patterns.
- Create simple reports to provide insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
3. Product Understanding & Improvement Feedback
- Gain detailed knowledge of CARDDIO CRM’s features, modules, and benefits.
- Understand user journeys, including business card scanning, data management, automation, event lead capture, and reporting tools.
- Collect feedback from users or partners to help improve the CRM’s user experience.
- Provide insights to the product and development team based on market needs.
4. Branding, Outreach & Awareness Activities
- Assist the marketing team in planning outreach initiatives to increase awareness of CARDDIO CRM in the SME market.
- Support creation of high‑level content ideas for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business).
- Help organise webinars, networking sessions, solution‑sharing events, and corporate roadshows.
- Ensure CARDDIO’s branding is consistent in all external communications.
5. Event Coordination & Lead Management Support (Non‑Sales)
- Support senior management in attending corporate events, exhibitions, or industry seminars.
- Assist in the preparation of event materials, brochures, and digital presentations.
- Manage event data collection using CARDDIO CRM (e.g., QR scans, business card capture) to support internal reporting.
- Coordinate follow‑up tasks internally (not sales‑related).
6. Internal Business Development Support
- Assist the Director and Senior BD team in executing special projects, such as new product rollouts, grant programs, or new industry penetration plans.
- Provide administrative and operational support for BD initiatives.
- Help draft proposals, business plans, and internal strategy documents.
- Work with the tech team and marketing team to ensure alignment during BD initiatives.
7. Continuous Learning & Skill Development
- Attend training sessions on CRM, digital tools, industry knowledge, and SaaS workflows.
- Keep updated on government grants, digitalisation initiatives, and SME support programs relevant to CARDDIO.
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve internal processes, partnership opportunities, and product positioning.
