The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in driving the school’s growth by promoting admissions, strengthening community and corporate partnerships, and positioning Olympiad International School as a leading institution for academic and Olympiad excellence. The BDE works closely with the management and academic teams to implement marketing strategies, build brand visibility, and achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
A. Admissions & Enrollment Growth
- Drive student admissions through direct marketing, school visits, educational fairs, and digital campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end admission inquiries — from lead generation to enrollment closure.
- Counsel parents and students about the school’s programs, Olympiad training structure, and academic advantages.
- Maintain admission records and track conversion metrics through CRM or lead management tools.
B. Marketing & Outreach
- Execute marketing plans aligned with school objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate promotional activities — open houses, seminars, competitions, and Olympiad awareness events.
- Manage online presence (social media, website updates, digital ads) in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, newsletters) to enhance brand communication.
C. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, feeder schools, coaching centers, and educational consultants.
- Liaise with local communities, corporates, and media partners to increase visibility and referrals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and parent engagement throughout the admission process.
D. Strategy & Market Research
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Gather feedback from parents and students to support service improvement.
- Provide periodic reports on lead generation, conversions, and revenue projections.
- Contribute innovative ideas for school expansion, new programs, and Olympiad partnerships.
E. Coordination & Administration
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation related to admissions and marketing.
- Assist in planning budgets, promotional activities, and event logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent data.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration or in relevant fields
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in Business Development/Planning, sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
