Job Description
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the F&B industry
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead management and marketing projects
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and customized proposals that align with the unique requirements of clients.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, website, in-store, events)
- Improve business strategies through project proposals, managing programs and special events
- Monitor and report on sales activities and marketing initiatives
- Liase with external partners including creative agencies, contractors and freelancers to execute projects
- Coordinate between multiple departments, including customer service and operations to ensure seamless customer experience and successful implementation of projects
- Foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or marketing field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social platforms
