Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
  • Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in residential, commercial and B2B cleaning services

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand corporate partnerships and high-value client accounts

  • Prepare business proposals, tenders, quotations and service presentations

  • Strengthen relationships with key clients, facility managers, developers and property groups

Operational & Administrative Support
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare reports and forecast future demand

  • Coordinate with cleaning operations team to ensure service standards are met

  • Build SOPs, service workflows and productivity enhancements

  • Manage CRM entries, client databases and internal documentation

  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking

Project Coordination
  • Oversee onboarding of new corporate clients

  • Coordinate contract renewals, upsells and additional service agreements

  • Work with marketing team on campaigns, digital ads and partnerships

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related fields

  • Strong analytical and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present proposals professionally

  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-value clients and negotiate contract terms

  • Independent, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and proposal writing

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in operations planning or administrative support

  • Knowledge of Singapore cleaning industry standards (bonus)

  • Ability to build KPIs, reporting dashboards and workflow systems

  • Strong stakeholder management capability
