Are you a hunter at heart with an interest in the fast-moving world of contracting and event workforce solutions?

At ManpowerGroup Singapore, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow our Contracts & Events team. This is a pure sales role — you won’t be doing recruitment yourself. Your focus is on opening doors, building relationships, generating demand, and winning new logos.

You’ll be:

  • Proactively identifying and securing new clients, especially those with high-volume or project-based workforce needs
  • Driving contract and event staffing job orders by engaging client-side hiring managers
  • Spotting new projects, tenders, or companies entering the Singapore market and positioning ManpowerGroup as their workforce partner of choice
  • Partnering with our delivery consultants to ensure smooth execution once job orders are secured

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • A proven track record in hunting and winning new business
  • Experience selling to event agencies, outsourcing firms, or companies with large-scale contingent workforce needs is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Singapore market and an eye for emerging opportunities
  • Confidence, drive, and a love for fast-paced, project-driven environments
