Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive at EASEJobs - powered by HRnetGroup, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition and growth. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing creative marketing strategies to attract employers to our platform. This role requires a proactive, sales-oriented, and driven individual who can work independently and think outside the box to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients to use the EASEJobs platform for their hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they find value in our services.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet and exceed targets.
  • Take ownership of marketing tasks related to client attraction, including creating and executing content campaigns, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and target markets.
  • Proactively develop and implement creative and innovative ideas to improve our business development and marketing efforts.
  • Track and report on activities and performance metrics, providing insights to management.
Requirements
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. You have a "hunter" mentality and are not afraid to pursue new leads.
  • Able to work independently, think creatively, and develop new strategies to solve challenges.
