We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ISO Sales Consultant to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting ISO certification, auditing, and training services to SMEs and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the certification industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with SMEs and corporate clients to introduce and promote ISO certification services and related solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads, generate new business opportunities, and reach out through cold calls, emails, calendar invites, and social media.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present ISO services and explain how they support business growth and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including preparing proposals, handling objections, and negotiating contracts.
  • Achieve sales target set by Director.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on upselling, long-term partnerships, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to support strategy development and continuous improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements to sales approaches and internal processes to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and market developments.
  • Stay updated on ISO standards and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
