Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with domestic (China) overseas study agencies, education consultants, and key individuals in the study-abroad industry.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partners, analyze industry trends, and formulate targeted cooperation strategies.
• Initiate and negotiate cooperation agreements, including defining collaboration models (e.g., student referral, joint promotion) and ensuring mutual benefit.
• Organize and participate in industry events (e.g., education fairs, agency workshops) to promote the company’s study programs and expand brand influence.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of business development experience in the education industry, preferably with experience in cooperating with overseas study agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners at all levels.
• Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales and cooperation targets.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
