I am representing a global pioneer in critical communications and public safety technologies, a company that operates at the intersection of Defence, Space, and Connected Intelligence. Few organizations worldwide deliver such an integrated portfolio, combining secure communications, mission‑critical broadband, and advanced safety systems to support government agencies and critical infrastructure operators.

About the role

As part of their business expansion, they are currently looking for a Head of Business Growth to define and execute the Head of Business Development for mission‑critical communications across Southeast Asia, North Asia and working closely with senior leadership across the globe.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive new business development and market penetration for critical communications systems and mission‑critical broadband solutions integrated with 4G/5G networks.
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for complex solutions, including software, devices, and managed services.
  • Provide strong leadership to regional growth teams, ensuring alignment, motivation, and delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with government agencies, MNOs, VARs, and IT companies to expand market coverage.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, safety and defence conferences, and technology summits to promote thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored proposals and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting aligned with governance standards.
  • Champion change management initiatives and lead a regional growth team to achieve measurable results.
Skills and experience required
  • Relevant experience and background in telecommunications or mission‑critical communications, with proven success in APAC markets.
  • Familiarity with TETRA systems, mission‑critical broadband, and integrated safety solutions.
  • Strong track record in business development, solution selling, and managing complex sales cycles.
