Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute aggressive global growth strategies for contract manufacturing services.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competition to create unique selling propositions and action plans.
  • Build, nurture, and manage key customer relationships worldwide, ensuring satisfaction and negotiating strategic contracts.
  • Identify and pursue new business initiatives in existing and new markets, closing deals to drive revenue.
  • Form strategic alliances, partnerships, joint ventures, and other opportunities to accelerate global growth.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering from concept to product lifecycle.
  • Serve as a role model, mentor future leaders, and uphold the company’s professional and ethical standards.
