You will drive business development across Southeast Asia and Australia while managing key accounts and leading the Business Development team. Qualifications
- 15+ years in global freight forwarding, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
- Solid knowledge of Air, Ocean, Land Transport, and Contract Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development across Southeast Asia and Australia by identifying and securing new freight forwarding opportunities.
- Manage key accounts to ensure customer retention, with focus on cross‑selling and upselling.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both Samsung and non‑Samsung clients.
- Lead the Business Development team, ensuring achievement of revenue and profit targets on a monthly and semi‑annual basis.
- Work closely with the procurement team to secure competitive rates and space, maximizing profitability.
- Stay updated on Air and Ocean freight market trends, pricing, and space availability.
- Report sales team performance to senior management through regular weekly, monthly, and semi‑annual reviews.
- Promote in‑house digital logistics solutions through various marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Experience:
- 15+ years in global freight forwarding, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership / new business development (hunting) role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of Air, Ocean, Land Transport, and Contract Logistics.
- Strong regional network in SEA and Australia within logistics and transport sectors.
