Overview
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Design & Built/ Gas System
  • Position Title: Business Development Director
  • Working Location: Based at USA Office (Travel required)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8am – 6pm), Fri (8am – 5pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus (Twice yearly)
  • Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic discussions to align solutions with client needs and long-term goals.
  • Oversee cost evaluations and budgeting processes to ensure profitability and financial sustainability of projects.
  • Develop pricing strategies and lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction and project viability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Supervise invoicing procedures, payment tracking, and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.
  • Monitor outstanding payments, implement follow-up strategies, and maintain healthy cash flow through proactive receivables management.
