Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier & Product Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard F&B suppliers for ingredients and beverage lines, including:
- draft beverages
- bottled soft drinks
- spirits
- key pantry or food supply vendors
- Secure improved margins, credit terms, and exclusivity where applicable.
2. Revenue Growth (Retail + B2B)
- Drive retail store sales growth through new commercial initiatives.
- Build B2B purchasing and partnership channels:
- Restaurants, hotels, bars (HORECA)
- Corporate bulk purchasing
- Food delivery partners
- Private event catering & venue collaborations
3. Promotions, Pricing & Menu Strategy
- Develop promotion mechanics to increase conversion and repeat purchases:
- Bundles and seasonal offers
- Loyalty and referral mechanics
- Horeca incentives
- Oversee pricing and margin optimisation to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate on commercial menu trends and demand analysis.
4. Market Footprint & Brand Growth
- Expand brand visibility into surrounding local trade zones.
- Pitch and execute product-led campaigns with key F&B partners.
- Lead pop-up concepts, catering expansion, or new revenue zones when viable.
5. Sales Team Leadership & Pipeline Structure
- Recruit, train, and manage business development and sales personnel.
- Implement order and lead-tracking workflows (Excel, lightweight CRM, or internal tools).
- Build and monitor conversion funnel: product intro → store purchase → repeat/B2B order.
- Drive team performance through coaching and targets.
6. Networking & Trade Development
- Represent the store at F&B supplier events and horeca networking sessions.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, emerging beverage lines, and customer demand shifts.

- Strong negotiation and partnership development expertise
- Experience scaling F&B retail or horeca distribution channels
- Promotion design and margin-driven business thinking
- Team recruitment, coaching, and leadership in sales environments
- Excellent communication and pitch delivery skills
- Ability to balance strategic vision with store-level execution
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8+ years experience in F&B business development, horeca partnerships, restaurant commercial leadership, or retail expansion
- Demonstrated ability to increase store sales or build B2B channels
- Existing supplier or horeca network is a strong advantage
- Campaign execution track record preferred
