A leading offshore renewable energy company in Singapore is seeking a Business Development & Commercial Manager to drive new business opportunities in the subsea sector. The successful candidate will develop relationships across industries and manage commercial proposals. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and extensive business development experience, particularly in subsea oil, gas, or renewables. This is a full-time role with expectations for strategic growth and market engagement.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Commercial Manager – Subsea Solutions to join our Subsea Services - Business Development and Commercial team.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer - Subsea Services, you will develop and deliver new business opportunities in-line with budgeted revenue and margins primarily for Cyan Subsea Division, and with due consideration of the Group. You will also develop relationships and represent Cyan including with Clients, authorities, relevant industry groups and the supply chain.
This is a full‑time position based in our Singapore office.
