Job summary

  • Coordinate with overseas partner agencies and training centers.
  • Contribute to business development and operational expansion strategies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight
    • Oversee daily agency operations and ensure smooth, end-to-end placement processes.
    • Manage the workflow for recruitment, documentation, training, and deployment.
    • Ensure full compliance with relevant government regulations (e.g., MOM in Singapore, POEA in the Philippines / India).
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and support recruitment consultants, administrative staff, and other team members.
    • Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct staff evaluations.
    • Manage team schedules and manpower planning.
  • Process & Policy Management
    • Develop and implement efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Enhance agency productivity by streamlining internal processes.
    • Maintain high standards in applicant screening and documentation.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including individual employers and corporate partners.
    • Address inquiries, resolve service issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Match suitable candidates to job requirements effectively.
  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Generate operational reports on placements, processing timelines, and outstanding cases.
    • Ensure all documentation meets legal and licensing standards.
    • Maintain organized records for regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Partner & Vendor Coordination
    • Coordinate with overseas partner agencies, training centers, and medical providers.
    • Oversee scheduling for training and deployment of candidates.
    • Monitor and evaluate partner performance.
  • Strategic Planning & Development
    • Contribute to business development and operational expansion strategies.
    • Recommend digital tools or process automation to improve efficiency.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust operations accordingly.
Working Hours

6 working days per week

1 weekday off
