Your Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.

  • Track performance and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
New Business Acquisition
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.

  • Conduct presentations, demos, and proposals to key decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition.
General
  • Achieve or exceed growth and acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the sales pipeline updated.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (Strong communication skills are welcome!).
