Job description
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify potential segments, partners, and expansion opportunities.
4. Strategy & Planning
  • Develop short‑term and long‑term growth plans.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support expansion plans.
5. Negotiation & Contracts
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
  • Ensure deals are closed in alignment with company policies.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, lead conversions, and pipeline progress.
