As a Business Development Analyst at Kaito, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global footprint. You’ll engage with potential clients, build meaningful partnerships, coordinate events, and act as a representative of Kaito within the crypto ecosystem. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and engage potential clients across the spectrum — project teams, funds, investors, and traders.
Address incoming leads or client questions across Telegram, email, or other channels, ensuring a timely and professional response.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, ensure regular follow-ups, and cultivate relationships.
Customer Engagement & Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients, promptly addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Resolve issues promptly or escalate to relevant teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain records of prospect and client interactions, ensuring data accuracy for effective pipeline management.
Track key metrics and share updates with the BD team to maintain alignment with company objectives.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve messaging.
Share insights from clients and prospects to inform product development and enhance user experience.
Market Research & Qualification
Stay updated on crypto and web3 trends to identify potential targets and anticipate emerging market needs.
Provide insights on customer pain points, sector developments, and opportunities to enhance our offerings.
Events Coordination & Representation
Plan and execute events, workshops, and networking opportunities to boost Kaito’s visibility and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.
Represent Kaito at conferences, forums, and industry gatherings globally.
Learning & Autonomy
Gain hands-on experience and learn how to work independently, while receiving guidance from the team.
Tackle challenges as they arise and contribute to the overall success of the Kaito’s growth journey.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Prior exposure to the crypto industry is preferred (internships, projects, or personal endeavors).
1 year of experience as a BD or a related customer facing role, within crypto, Fintech, or SaaS industries.
Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Sales: Ability to present Kaito’s value proposition clearly and persuasively
Precision: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical: Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
Collaboration: Ability to thrive in cross-functional settings, working closely with the team to meet shared goals.
Proactive: Identify as a self-starter who’s not afraid to reach out, follow up, and go the extra mile.
Passionate: Be genuinely curious and willing to learn about web3 and crypto industry.
Languages:
Professional working proficiency (both verbal and written) in English is a must.
Additional language highly preferred.
