Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Development
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporate clients, 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, boutique properties, and premium retailers.
- Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Customize proposals and tea programs aligned with the client’s brand and guest experience.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to drive brand presence.
🔹 Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with client teams (chefs, F&B managers, brand directors) to support menu integration, staff training, and ongoing activations.
- Track performance metrics, guest feedback, and reorder cycles to maximize value and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, product development) to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in business development or account management in luxury F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong network within the hotel and premium hospitality industry in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for tea, luxury wellness, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
