Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Development
  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporate clients, 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, boutique properties, and premium retailers.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Customize proposals and tea programs aligned with the client’s brand and guest experience.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to drive brand presence.
🔹 Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with client teams (chefs, F&B managers, brand directors) to support menu integration, staff training, and ongoing activations.
  • Track performance metrics, guest feedback, and reorder cycles to maximize value and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, product development) to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years in business development or account management in luxury F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong network within the hotel and premium hospitality industry in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for tea, luxury wellness, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
