Job Description

We are seeking a Business & Data Analyst to support management in financial analysis, data-driven decision making, and commercial support for regional offshore and marine operations.

This role will work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to analyse project performance, pricing, costs, and business trends, and to improve reporting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, cost, and project data to support pricing and margin decisions

• Prepare financial models and performance reports for management

• Support tender pricing, quotation analysis, and project profitability tracking>

• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor business performance

• Assist in cash flow forecasting, customer credit review, and payment tracking

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business development

• Support data automation, reporting improvements, and internal control processes

• Work with regional teams to consolidate and analyse business data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with data or statistical tools (e.g. Matlab,ata, Python, or similar) is an advantage

• Ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate into business insights

• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage

Salary Range

SGD 4,500 – SGD 7,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
