Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries, explain loan products, and assist with applications. • Relevant experience in customer service or loan processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• Explain loan products, repayment plans, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
• Assist customers with loan applications and document collection.
• Verify identities, income documents, and perform MLCB checks.
• Prepare loan agreements, process loan disbursements, and update system records.
• Handle repayments, issue receipts, and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate filing, daily reporting, and transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, frameworks, and MAS/licensed moneylender regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
