We are currently seeking a Business Consulting - Business Analyst with Data Analyst, Wealth Management to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN‑MH), India (IN).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payments data and hands‑on experience in data analysis and data mapping. The candidate will serve as a Payments Data Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting key data transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives within the bank’s payments ecosystem. The role involves analyzing payment data flows across multiple systems (clearing, settlement, and core banking), performing detailed data mapping, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency for system integrations, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  Payments Data SME

  for projects involving payment processing, modernization, or system migrations.
• Work with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document

  business, functional, and data requirements

• Conduct

  data analysis

  across source and target systems to understand data structures, relationships, and quality.
• Prepare detailed

  data mapping specifications
