Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify business challenges and solutions
• Conduct studies and evaluations, design system and procedures, conduct work excellence studies, prepare operations and procedures handbooks to improve work excellence practices
• Propose innovative strategies and execution to clients to achieve long term goals
• Manage projects, implement change initiatives, monitor implementation progress, address challenges to meet datelines
• Training will be provided in full cycle recruitment covering business development, client engagement, projects management.
