Job Title: Business Analyst (Workflow)
Duration: 1-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support workflow design and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in documenting current and target state workflows using Visio or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
  • Prepare process documentation, training materials, and reports as needed.
  • Identify process gaps and propose automation or optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of workflow/process design and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or other process mapping tools).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
