Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our project and product development initiatives. The role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team to ensure that requirements are accurately gathered, documented, and implemented. The ideal candidate will also analyze market and customer needs, translate them into product features, and support product adoption strategies.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science
• Must have 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in project and/or product development
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in preparing functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and sequence diagrams
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills across business and technical teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart

Desired Skill-set

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certified

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders
