Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support finance system enhancement initiatives across SAP, ERP, and Oracle Fusion platforms. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive improvements. Key responsibilities include translating business needs, coordinating with vendors, and supporting UAT. Ideal candidates should have experience in SAP Financial modules, strong finance process understanding, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support finance system enhancement initiatives across SAP, ERP, and Oracle Fusion platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, finance stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and drive system improvements.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements for finance-related systems and modules
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for change requests
• Coordinate with vendors, functional consultants, and internal IT teams on solution design and delivery
• Support UAT planning, test scripts creation, execution, and issue resolution
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
• Review, validate, and improve finance workflows, reporting, and data accuracy

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in SAP (FI/CO), Oracle Fusion Finance, or ERP financial modules
• Strong understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, FA, budgeting, reporting)
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
• Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, change management, and system testing
