The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst Platform Test Engineer which plays a crucial role in ensuring software quality and reliability. You will focus on analyzing business processes and translating them into system requirements and will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to optimize and enhance our use of platform to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
• Analyze and optimize platform to enhance customer experience
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scriptes to cover all aspects of software functionality
• Identify document and track software defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Research, design and develop software programs
• Analyse user needs and develop solutions
• Update software, enhance existing capabilities and direct software testing
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement
• Provide actionable insights through detailed reports and dashboards
  Document business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Conduct business process reviews to identify areas for improvement

To qualify for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst Platform Test Engineer role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
