The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Regional Business Analyst (Korean-Speaking) on a 2-year contract (renewable).
• This role will support financial planning and reporting, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across the region.
• You will be part of the regional HQ team, playing a key role in executive-level reporting, profitability analysis, and business planning.

The Talent

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with Financial analysis (internship included)
• Experience in with financial/budgeting models
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for reporting and data purposes
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present insights clearly to management and senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in both English and Korean (verbal and written) - Professional Korean proficiency is required to communicate with Native Korean stakeholders on business level.
