Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.
Objectives
- Bridge the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows to improve work efficiency, transparency and traceability
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities
- Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Effective communication skills for requirement gathering, facilitating meetings between IT and business stakeholders and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail to address challenges and critical thinking skills to evaluate various options alongside IT and business stakeholders.
