Overview

• → Degree in Business or relevant
• → European Chemical MNC
• → Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
• → Strong experience in Power Automate (Power BI)
• → 1 year contract role subject to contract renewal

Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.

Objectives

• Bridge the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows to improve work efficiency, transparency and traceability

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business.
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making
• Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities
• Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities
• Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Effective communication skills for requirement gathering, facilitating meetings between IT and business stakeholders and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail to address challenges and critical thinking skills to evaluate various options alongside IT and business stakeholders.
