Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the data transformation project by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Assist in mapping data sources, data flows, and transformation logic between legacy and new systems.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data accuracy throughout the transformation process.
• Prepare and maintain business process documentation, data dictionaries, and related project artefacts.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and testing activities to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Support ad-hoc reporting, dashboard preparation, and performance tracking as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units to support delivery of project milestones.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Around 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within data-related or IT transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of data concepts — data mapping, data migration, data quality, and transformation processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
• Good to have exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) or any related data services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.
