Job description

Qualifications

• Candidate should have experience around 10+ years
• The candidate must have implemented at least 4 end to end F&O projects
• Having experience in working at least 2 F&O support engagements is preferable
• The Candidate must have knowledge in Implementation methodology of Sure Step and Agile
• Candidate should have experience in terms of process consultancy with documenting and formulating AS-IS and To-Be Business Process from L1-L4 level.
• Certification in relevant area is preferable
• Experience in the following financial business functions: Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.
• Graduation in Finance like B.Com, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA (Finance) is preferable
• The Candidate must have client facing experience
• Experience in working Offshore-Onsite model is needed
• The candidate must have good communication skills
• Must be a good team player
• Must have the ability to gather customer requirements and come up with functional solutions
• Must have exposure to Fit-Gap analysis and Estimations
