Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to commodity trading activities, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate existing CTRM systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and implement solutions within CTRM systems to enhance trading strategies, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of CTRM systems and tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
