The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements, collating and preparing data, performing analyses, extracting insights, and making recommendations to assist the company in developing meaningful business solutions and operational improvements. The position is also expected to monitor progress to agreed measurables and within set organizational procedures.

The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role will possess a unique blend of technical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python is essential, as well as experience with other analytics tools.

You are also required to perform these job functions:
  • Responsible for studying analytics requirements and delivering solutions
  • Study business requirements, collate data, analyse/research, and translate results into effective presentations and recommendations to aid decision making in timely manner
  • Conduct root cause analysis or correlation studies as and when required
  • Support projects/departments by developing regular (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) and effective reports, dashboards and presentations on KPIs and other metrics related to contact center operations (inbound/outbound)
  • Educate internal/external users appropriate use of analytics and business intelligence
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
  • Possesses an analytics‑related diploma or at least a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in extracting, transforming and porting data from source systems to data analytics platform(s) and reports
  • Experience in conceptualising, designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting agile data analytics platforms to support analytical initiatives of internal or external stakeholders
  • Experience in analysing different types of data to support business needs and present the results in concise visualisation formats
  • Has an inquisitive mind and proactivity to challenge the norms constructively
  • Team player with good communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented, independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python is essential
  • Ability to use other analytical tools such as Klipfolio, Qlik, R, SPSS would be added advantage
  • Adaptable to various stakeholders, business models and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
