We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the crucial link between our business unit, country marketing/analytics team and our technical teams, helping to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements. You'll play a key part in improving our business processes, systems, and products by using data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities -

  • Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Process Modeling: Create and maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and system requirements to provide clarity for all teams
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify business issues, analyze root causes, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to derive insights, create reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project management and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong professional relationships.
