Job description
Position Overview

This role leads the design, implementation, and support of tech-driven procurement and supply chain solutions, leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation. Responsibilities include collaborating on system requirements, ensuring integration and data integrity, coordinating with infrastructure teams, managing vendors to meet service standards, and providing user support and training.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Support IT strategy relating to procurement and supply chain initiatives.

  • Lead and build procurement and supply chain solutions, including automations using AI/ML and RPA tools.

  • Work with other Apps Lead to ensure proper system integrations and data integrity between procurement and supply chain systems

  • Participate in defining business systems requirements together, with functional teams.

  • Collaborate with key users and business stakeholders to collate operational requirements and prioritization.

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support procurement and supply chain solution.

  • Coordinate with infrastructure/EUC on hardware and network matters.

  • Provide training, demo and user support for business stakeholders.

  • Effective vendor management with distinctive performance in AMS SLA (IT Outsourcing) and individual contractors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline is required

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of work experience in implementing and supporting procurement and supply chain solutions

  • Have a good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes

  • Possess knowledge of supply chain or procurement operations

  • Familiar with automation such as RPA and AI technologies in procurement and supply chain

  • Experiences with procurement and supply chain applications such as Ariba, as well as ERP supply chain systems

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
