Business Analyst and Project Management Programme (Singapore)

About The Role

As an FDM Business Analyst or Project Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of exciting digital transformation projects in banking, finance, insurance, or retail. Projects may include streamlining digital banking, improving claims processing, enhancing customer experiences with AI-driven insights, or managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

With our in-house coaching, you'll sharpen your skills in stakeholder management, process improvement, and gain hands-on experience with tools like Excel. You'll learn how to monitor and report on projects, among other skills.

As a Business Analyst, you'll translate business needs into technical requirements to support the entire software development lifecycle.

You'll also train to become a Project Support Officer (PSO). In this role, you'll support portfolio leads, programme, and project managers to ensure project success and effective delivery of business changes.

Once ready, you'll advance your career as an FDM Consultant, working with some of the biggest international and Singaporean brands to shape the future of business and technology.
