Overview

We're seeking a passionate Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. If you thrive on solving complex problems and are committed to excellence, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Focus on the business requirements and functional solution aspects of the project, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Involved in requirement study and gathering, user acceptance testing, and driving a smooth deployment and adoption process, while supporting ongoing project operations.
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to document business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions clearly and accurately, ensuring traceability and version control of all project documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and system architects to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Perform impact analysis and feasibility assessments to evaluate change requests or enhancements from both business and technical perspectives.
• Possess a strong technical acumen to understand system architecture, data flows, and integration points, enabling effective communication and problem-solving with technical teams.
• Assist in developing test scenarios, validating system behaviour, and troubleshooting issues during testing and deployment phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT
• At least 3 years of IT Application BA relevant experience i.e. understand solution engineering concepts and methods.
• Must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Previous experience as a developer or in a technical role, with a strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and data flow.
• Attended / have experience in related fundamental Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc) trainings.

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Familiarity with other databases or cloud platforms.
• Relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management.
• Experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc), nodeJS, automated software testing.
